Experienced Utility Construction Foreman

Position: Manage underground construction crew for the installation of cable and pipe.  Will be required to operate vibratory plow, trench, backhoe, and directional drill equipment.  Will be responsible for the safe and efficient installation of cable and pipe for telecommunications and industrial projects.  Typical work area is a 50 mile radius of Rockford, IL.

Base Pay: Based on prior management and construction experience.

Required Education: High School Diploma / GED

Requirements:

• Must have prior management experience in underground utility construction.
• Must be experienced and knowledgeable of plow, trench, backhoe, and directional drill equipment.
• Must have a valid CDL Class A license (preferred) or the ability to quickly obtain one.
• A strong work ethic with emphasis on operational safety and crew productivity.
